Employee Program

After years of working with those transitioning out of homelessness, we created a self-development program called Residency Mindset that addresses areas of greatest need for our employees. Our Mindset program focuses on education and development in:

     *Personal goal-setting
     *Financial planning
     *Problem-solving
     *Healthy living
     *Individualized job training

Employees have access to fully-funded tutoring, therapy, and yoga.  We also take paid outings to gardens, museums, universities, and places that inspire creativity and self-reflection. Our goal is to provide supportive employment at the highest level by preparing our employees to leave here with greater mobility in their lives and careers.
